Exclusive: Mel Gibson was beating up Oksana Grigorieva

From now on Hollywood actor and director does not have a right to even touch both Oksana Grigorieva and her seven-month-old daughter Lucy Anne. The restraining order against Mel was sealed with a stamp in Los Angeles Superior Court earlier today. I found out about it from a close friend of the Gibson family. She did not hesitate to call me at 4am: I cannot take it any longer, everyone in US is so mean to Oksana, - screamed Robyn into the phone. – Newspapers headlines this afternoon read “Mel Gibson asks for protection from Oksana Grigorieva”. “Daily Mail”, for instance says that Mel was given a temporary restraining order which forbids Oksana to touch him. The situation is totally absurd simply because it was Oksana who was officially granted a restrainin order against Mel. Not the other way around. She had no choise but to go to court after a terrible accident in their family – Mel started hitting Oksana. It happened several times. She would never tell journalists about it herself. She would make it look as if nothing happened. But she desperately needed this court order for personal safety. Mel was losing it regularly lately. Oksana was scared. She is now waiting for the hearing regarding child custody. Oksana does not want to deprive her daughter of her father. But she wants court to settle the schedule of days and hours when Mel can be with Lucy. It is forbidden to talk about details of the case until the end of the hearing. But I cannot take reading all those lies! Last May during a press conference in “Komsomolskaya Pravda” Oksana Grigorieva officially announced that she and Mel were no longer a couple: “We had an amicable break up. We will keep raising our daughter together. Unfortunately I cannot talk about the reasons that led to this decision but it will come out at some point”. Oksana moved out of Mel’s Malibu house into a separate house in LA. Father of eight (Mel has seven children with his ex-wife Robyn Moor) took some time out. However later he began visiting Oksana regularly as if nothing happened. It seemed the couple was about to reconcile their relationship.
